Florida Butterflies 2, 3, and 4, ready to fly


Largest one is 8" across.  All stained glass, on mesh, for a public art display in Fort Myers, Florida, to be installed by Eve Lynch of Kraken Mosaics.  All the butterflies will be grouted with black!

Granddaughters went platinum today . . .

From the first picture to the second, the girls moved slightly, 
making it appear that the mosaic butterfly (attached to the house) 
was flying and alighted on Rachel's head.

Another mosaic butterfly

Help, I can't stop. These are so much fun to do. This one is 9 inches wide, made from a vintage plate with touches of gold.
