Mosaic picture frame

I am close to finishing the glass totem but I've temporarily stopped working on it and am making picture frames instead. Here's one I finished today. It's made of scrap glass from the large order of stained glass from Vancouver. It's kind of an experiment. The glass is applied haphazardly with no regard for grout allowance and no concern for grout creep. I am happy with it!

I was just thinking of doing something not quite so grand. Your work is always an inspiration...

The mosaic on this picture frame is beautiful, such great colors. As a mosaic artist who works in broken dishes, not glass, am I right in assuming that grout creep is when the grout shows under the glass instead of just between each piece? I really love the look of glass mosaic.

Sorry to be long in replying. Thank you Kathy for your kind words. And thank you Helen. Yes, grout creep is ugly when it shows through a piece of transparent or translucent glass. On this piece it wasn't noticeable because of the random sponging of metallic paint.
