Your mosaic ball is beautiful! I haven't see foam balls used this way before. I wonder if styrofoam balls coated with a thin layer of concrete then mosaicked with mortor would hold up outside. Kathy
If I had to guess, then I would guess Yes. It would be a fun test to do.
